Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Most companies will offer a full refund or exchange on their products if you are not satisfied once you have received your rug.

However; what you find in the fine print is that you are responsible for repackaging, arranging and paying for the shipping to send your rug back.

 

In many cases this inconvenience and cost can be significant.

Returns

As we do not accept returns on rugs that are not damaged, we highly recommend you purchase the sample size to view prior to your area rug purchase. After considering the larger purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of the sample arrival and we will send you a paid return shipping label and full credit towards the purchase of the larger rug. (please save your packaging material as this what we calculate the return shipping cost on)

If once receiving your sample, you decide the style is just not right for your space, contact us within 14 days and we will send you a paid return shipping label and refund the sample cost to you upon receiving the sample back into our inventory.

My Item is Damaged

  • In the rare event that your rug is damaged in transit to you, please refuse the item and contact us ASAP.

  • If your item was damaged in transit and you were not home to refuse it, please save all the packaging material and notify us immediately.

If you have received and opened your rug and determine it is defective or that you have received the incorrect item, we will facilitate a pickup and replacement of the proper item. If defective we will occasionally request pictures to help us determine and evaluate the extent of the damage. These can be simple digital pictures sent from your phone. We must be contacted with any of these issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the rug will need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Keep your original packaging until you are sure of your purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item and we have completed an inspection, we will notify you with the status of your refund immediately.

 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

We respect your decision to change your mind. We give top priority to every request to cancel an order. Once our warehouse has confirmed that the order can be canceled, we will issue a prompt refund. Please note, however, that sometimes an order is too far along in the shipping process to be canceled.

 

In this case, we will assist with instructions on how to return the order for a refund. Return shipping costs for canceled or refused items will be deducted from the refund amount.
